Your Ultimate Buick Buyer’s Guide

views

So, you’ve decided to invest in a Buick. Congratulations! By making this decision, you’re adding to a legacy that’s stretched over a century in the American automotive industry.

However, if you’re not sure which Buick you want to buy, never fear! Our guide will take you through their current offerings so you can find the right one for you.

Buick SUVs

Buick’s main offerings on the market today are their SUVs. Below, we’ll examine what each of them has to offer, but if you want more information about a specific model, you can check out this site.

Enclave

Buick’s Enclave series stands as its largest offering, a midsized SUV with 3 enormous rows of seating. It can tow up to 5000 lbs, and allows room for 7 people. The Enclave comes with many top-of-the-line safety features such as Lane Keep Assist and Lane Change Alert.

This makes the Enclave an ideal choice for a family vehicle that prizes safety and luxury.

Encore

The Buick Encore is often considered the Enclave’s little sibling as a subcompact crossover SUV. It seats only 5, but has the option to fold the front passenger seat flat, maximizing its 48.4 cu. ft. of cargo space.

The Encore has stunning gas mileage, allowing up to 25/30MPG, which makes it a fabulous choice for your next long road trip.

Envision

Buick’s Envision compact SUV offers comfortable seating for 5, the same as the Encore. However, it outdoes its smaller companion by offering a whopping 52.7 cu. ft. maximum cargo capacity. It also smokes both other SUV offerings in terms of gas mileage, with an estimated 29 highway MPG.

The 2021 Envision also comes in Buick’s prized Avenir trim, a first for the model.

Buick Cars

While Buick may seem to be focusing more on its SUVs these days, the maker still has some car models to offer. Here’s what you can look forward to from Buick’s cars:

Regal Series

Buick’s Regal series cashes in on the brand’s old ‘luxury sports car’ credit, offering 3 well-fitted sedans in the form of the GS, Avenir, and Sportback.

The Regal Avenir is the premium finish of the three, offering built-in Bose speakers and leather seats among a host of other features. The Regal GS offers a more sports-car-like experience, with a 310hp engine. Lastly, the Regal Sportback offers the most budget-friendly experience of the three, while still offering many of the same luxury tech features as its brethren.

Lacrosse

Buick hasn’t released a new Lacrosse model since 2019, but if you’re looking for a solid used Buick, the Lacrosse isn’t a bad choice. They have comfortable, spacious interiors, and offer a smooth as butter driving experience, even when purchased used. (This author used to drive a Lacrosse right out of high school, and loved it!)

Back to Buick Basics

With some details about the current vehicle lineup out of the way, let’s review why we love Buick so much. They’re luxurious, well-appointed, tech-friendly, and always searching for the next great innovation. So, what are you waiting for? Go buy the Buick of your dreams today.
